La Bouche is the first ever 'Zine of the Month' at the ICA
Here are all the lovely things they had to say about us..
"What I like about La Bouche
first of all is that it looks and feels like a zine rather than a
vanity project, plus they're not afraid to be genuinely critical. I
don't know why it should seem like such a novelty to read the work of
writers who can actually write, and who are
motivated by a genuine interest in their subject, but La Bouche manages
a good mix of art and politics, of information and critique. This
issue features exclusive interviews with John Pilger, Elena Poulou of
the Fall, David Shayler and 'Windsor Terrorist' Aaron Barshak, plus all
sorts of talk about reality tv, the Middle East, veganism, art, music,
as well as some poetry, some fiction and who knows what else. No wonder
they use so many exclamation marks in their press releases..."
ISSUE 4 out February 5th 2010!
